The general terms and conditions listed here regulate the relationship between CALANDA REISEN GmbH, hereinafter "CALANDA REISEN", provider of the service and the consumer of the corresponding service, hereinafter "customer".

The customer is required to adhere to the present general terms and conditions. With the acceptance of the travel program and the confirmation of the service, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
